Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

We offer the following UK shipping options:

Economy Shipping – £2.95
Express Shipping – £3.25

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rest of the World

International Shipping – £9.99

International shipping availability is subject to destination eligibility. We are unable to ship to countries and regions not supported by our fulfilment partners.

Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing, Production & Delivery Time

All Change merchandise is produced once an order is placed.

• Delivery times include processing, production, and shipping
• Delivery estimates are averages and cannot be guaranteed

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

United Kingdom Delivery Estimates

Economy Shipping: 4–5 working days
Express Shipping: 3–4 working days

Rest of World Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days on average

Delivery times vary by destination and local carrier performance.

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Our fulfilment partners operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During these periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be requested before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has entered production or shipping, address changes may no longer be possible.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services where supported. Courier delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

2.5 Items Out of Stock

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and issue a refund for the affected item. Any remaining items will be shipped as normal.

2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate with the carrier.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by email. Tracking updates are provided based on the information supplied by the shipping carrier.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• If possible, refuse delivery and notify the courier
• If delivered in your absence, contact our customer service team with photos of the damage

We will guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched or entered production, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the value specified by the shipping provider.

7.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier investigation has been completed.

7.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be issued once the carrier confirms the parcel as lost.
